Deposits paid for any order are non-refundable. Customers should be able to provide access to the site, and a solid, level base for the product to sit on. Unless this is to be provided by InsideOut Sheds and Garden Rooms for an additional cost. All final balance payments must be paid a minimum of two days prior to the fit date, or alternatively, cash on the day of fitting. This must be agreed when arranging the fit date. Please note that all fit dates are subject to change due to any adverse weather conditions. This will be discussed with the customer should it be necessary.
